Evangeline Tay Su Ann, a SIM student was fined $2,000 yesterday for perverting the course of justice by bribing a property agent to take the blame for a traffic offence she committed three years ago.

Evangeline Tay On Ann, 22, committed on Jan 22, 2008. Tay On Ann, who pleaded guilty in September last year, had driven the car of her roommate without his consent.
